Quality Assurance Pre-Delivery Inspection
Inspection
We welcome personal inspection of our vehicles. We will assist you with travels arrangements and pick you up at the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) for inspection of the vehicle of your interest. If our vehicle does not match our description we will refund your travel expense.
Payment
Once you select one of our fine vehicles payment must be made in full prior to shipping. If you are going to pick up your vehicle 25% of the purchase price must be recieved within five buisness day's after your purchase. All payments are to be made by bank transfer of funds, bank check or money order.
Guaranty
We guaranty all of our vehicles as represented or your purchase price will be refunded. However buyers of a pre-owned vehicle, no matter how new, must expect some "normal wear". Once title transfer is complete and your vehicle is assigned to a transport co. it is out of our care and custody. Therefore it is the responsibility of the transporter and/or new owner. Please have your insurance in place at the time of transportation. Transportation companies are responsible for damage caused by thier negligence only, not for "acts of god" or other unforseen natural occurances. Damage during transportation is extremely rare. But it is better to be safe than sorry.

Our company mission is to make the purchase of a pre owned luxury automobile on the Internet a gratifying, simple and pleasant experience and you will note from our feedback we have been 100% successful. Our entire operation is dedicated to that objective. We sell all of our vehicles on the Internet and ship them coast to coast sight unseen and guarantee them to be delivered as advertised. We realize for most of our customers purchasing a automobile on the Internet is a new and can be a somewhat apprehensive experience. When dealing with us you can feel comfortable in removing the apprehension from the equation. With 25 years of experience I hand pick all of our inventory, with perfection in mind, in order to satisfy the most discriminating customer. We realize that we are not the "cheapest price" on the Internet, but we provide the quality that justifies our extremely fair wholesale and below prices. We never will criticize a competitor but we all know when the price is to good to be true, it probably is. I would like to share a couple of recent examples that have come to our attention. I received a call from a gentleman claiming he could buy a 2000 Cadillac Deville on the Internet for much less than ours was being offered. It turned out it was a Mary Kay Pink Deville that was repainted. This is not to say there is anything wrong with the car except the total repaint will negatively affect its resale value. After a couple of years this gentleman will be better off donating the car to charity than trying to re sell it to a sophisticated buyer. Another gentleman called claiming he could get a great deal on a 2001 Cadillac Deville just brought in from Canada. What the seller neglected to mention is this is a GRAY MARKET car. In order to stop this practice the manufacturers are voiding their warranties on cars being brought back over the border intended for foreign trade. There is nothing illegal about either of these transactions, only that the buyer, in both cases thought he was getting something he was not. You will never have to worry about that happening to you when dealing with us, we guarantee it.
